At Healed Evolved Resilient (HER), we understand that transitioning from incarceration back into the community can be challenging. That's why started a transitional home and have partnered with (GEO) and (Rehabilitation of the heart). We offer a supportive environment designed to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and reintegrate successfully. Whether individuals are looking to earn a high school diploma, pursue vocational training, or enroll in college courses, we offer support every step of the way. Our educational resources include tutoring, GED preparation, and assistance with college applications and financial aid.

Our dedicated staff works closely with individuals to identify their skills, interests, and goals, and assists them in securing meaningful employment opportunities. From resume building to interview preparation, we provide the tools and resources needed to achieve long-term career success.
